The first time I practiced under the guidance of Karin, I knew I had found a "teacher's teacher". Her knowledge in the Yogic path is extensive and she shares it with grace and intelligence. Known for her uncanny wisdom and in-depth understanding of yoga anatomy and alignment, devotion to her community, Karin's teaching is informed by years of study, practice and experience. Since I moved from Maui, 2 oceans separates us sadly, but being able to follow her guidance online has given me a new sparkle again. Thank you Karin!

I'm new to yoga and very much enjoyed my Restorative Deep Stretch and Flow classes with Karin. She is an amazing, talented and passionate instructor who is patient and kind. I am hoping she eventually sets up live stream or online classes as I would definitely subscribe. Being a visitor to Maui, I am only sad because I can't attend her classes regularly. I definitely intend to attend classes at her studio next time I am in Maui and will recommend friends who visit. Namaste!

Maha yoga and wellness center is my own personal safe haven and my life would be less without it. The yoga teachers at the studio and the therapists at the wellness center always go above and beyond to meet the needs of everyone who walks through the door. Karin the owner is a gem amongst a sea of yoga instructors/studio owners and Ido’s classes make sure I stay in shape, bringing forth my best practice possible. Definitely the north shore of Maui’s best kept secret as far as yoga studios and wellness centers go. So very grateful they’ve stayed in business despite all of the challenges this year because it has unquestionably provided a sense of stability and comfort during these uncertain times.

Karin is the best teacher I’ve ever met. Every class you learn something new Yoga never gets boring with her, and the studio has a really great atmosphere and people. LOVE IT!

Chelsea’s Pilates class was just what I needed. She’s so great at motivating us and making sure we have good alignment. I felt really supported and really enjoyed the class. I loved Her infectious attitude and positive energy. Thanks, Chelsea! I’ll definitely be back.

I have been attending Karin's yoga practice for over 12 years. When she has been off island in the past I could never find an instructor who was even close to her. She is clearly a "pro" and one of the nicest, funniest people you will ever meet! Love her!!

I was in Maui for a week and was able to practise daily at Maha Yoga. All of the teachers I experienced were excellent and all had similar styles and cues so the entire experience was really seamless. Arrive early to get a spot as Karin's classes are incredibly popular - for good reason. I wish I could take this little studio home with me!

Had an amazing experience at Maha Yoga and with Karin as our instructor. I am from out of town and just started practicing yoga in March but Karin and Maha Yoga was incredibly welcoming and the class was great even for someone as unskilled as myself. Karin does not shy away from helping you refine your pose and movements and I can easily say I am better at the practice today than when I came in due to her instruction.

If you are in Maui, either for fun or live in the area, I cant recommend Maha Yoga and Karin enough!
